Brief Introduction

Ms. Wynne Wong was trained in an international law firm and qualified in their finance and banking department. Her main area of practice includes advising financial institutions in their pre-initial public offering restructuring and advising them on the regulatory issues in Hong Kong. She also advises borrowers, lenders, security holders and guarantors in syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.

She later joined the general compliance team in a local bank, providing advice to senior management to ensure compliance with all relevant external regulations as well as internal codes and policies. She then joined a property development company as their director of internal control and a five-stars serviced apartment in Mainland China as their owner’s representative.

Apart from her legal practice, she is also a counsellor for children and adults. She is specialized in using play therapy to help children with developmental, behavioural and emotional needs.
