Brief Introduction

Ms. Pearl CHAN is a corporate finance lawyer who specializes in general commercial legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance, initial public offerings, equity investments, loans & equity financing and corporate restructurings. Pearl has been working in the financial services sector for more than 20 years. She previously worked in a conglomerate in Hong Kong and focused on providing corporate finance advices to the group’s listed companies, which included retail business, property development, hospitality, financial services, entertainment and media. Pearl was also an executive director of a listed financial institution in Hong Kong as well as a responsible officer of a corporate financial advisory company under the group. As a solicitor and as a licenced person under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance, she has been providing advices to financial advisors, Hong Kong listed companies, their directors and their shareholders as well as corporations from Mainland China and private companies in Hong Kong on Listing Rules and Takeovers Code.
