Mr. Isaac LEE is a litigation lawyer specialising in commercial litigation and insolvency. He has experience in handling matters related to commercial disputes, liquidation (court winding-up/members’ voluntary winding-up/creditors’ voluntary winding-up), debt restructuring, scheme of arrangement, asset tracing and shareholder disputes involving both listed companies and private companies.
