Ms. Iris MA specializes in commercial practices. She focuses on merger and acquisitions, as well as corporate financing (including equity and debt financing) matters. Iris advises Hong Kong and multinational public and private companies as well as individual investors on acquisition and disposal of shares and businesses of companies. She represents banks, financial institutions and listed companies on corporate lending, bond issuance and related transactions.

Iris is also experienced in advising companies on their initial public offerings and listings on the main board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and act as legal advisors of listed companies for their compliance matters.
