Brief Introduction

Ms. Elsa KONG is an associate of our firm. Prior to her legal studies, she worked at the IP Department of a sizeable local law firm. She then received a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Bristol in 2017 and went on to complete her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL.) at the City University of Hong Kong in 2019. She is currently assisting in civil and criminal litigation matters.
