Brief Introduction

With extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, Chloe leads our Intellectual Property Practice.

Chloe is regularly instructed to advise on data privacy issues, IP rights audits and restructuring of IP portfolios. She represents and advises local and international brand name owners on organization and implementation of brand name protection strategies, commercialization and enforcement of their IP rights, agency or distributorship disputes, and domain name complaints. Chloe has also contributed articles on intellectual property and personal data privacy areas to publications of international circulation.

Chloe specializes in a wide spectrum of IP related commercial matters, including software contracts, product liability issues, cross-border patent and technology licensing arrangements.
