Mr. Brian Wong is an Associate of the firm’s corporate and commercial team. His practice areas include corporate finance, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions.
He has experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance projects, and advising on regulatory compliance matters to listed issuers on the Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. He had also advised on debt financing, series financing, and fintech-related transactions and regulatory matters (including matters pertaining to the licensing requirements applicable to licensed corporations under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) and regulatory advisory matters relating to cryptocurrencies and virtual assets).
Brian is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
